Jet is a doctor of integrative medicine and a professor of Chinese Medicine at Alhambra Medical University. She attended the School of the Awakenings program where she was a student of Eckhart Tolle. She has also studied Vipassanā and Transcendental Meditation as well as Yin Yoga with Paulie Zink. Jet most recently studied breathwork, meditation and cold immersion with the “Ice Man” Wim Hof.

Jet studied Gestalt therapy with Dorothy Thomas and psychiatry in TCM with Dr Chang Qing Yang, from Kobe University in Japan. She has a Masters in Interdisciplinary Arts, a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a Doctorate in Integrative Medicine. She recently completed her postgraduate studies on meditation and psychotherapy at Harvard Medical School.

She teaches, Yin and Meridians, a fusion eastern channel theory and yin yoga, at Kinship Yoga in Los Angeles. She also curates Clown Church, a workshop for artists that gives space for flow state and authentic connection.
